Junior Technical Account Executive for E-commerce Company
ECommerce Partners, a leading provider of ecommerce and online marketing solutions, seeks a qualified Support Specialist with experience in web applications and e-commerce to join our existing team. This challenging role requires a resourceful, independent self-starter who can adapt quickly to our fast-paced environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must. Support is our face to the client, nothing is more important.
Ideal candidates have a solid understanding of programming, SQL, Windows Server 2003, IIS, Linux, and are experienced in handling of trouble tickets and stressed out customers. Quality service is our highest priority
Responsibilities:
The absolute number one priority in this position is customer satisfaction.
Support needs to analyze reported problems and requests and categorize them. If it can not be resolved on the spot you need to open a trouble ticket, with clear and standardized instructions to development. Upon return of any fix, support is responsible for final QA of the fix before it is released to the customer. Many of the issues you will be dealing with are critical and time sensitive in an operational environment. Support is also our interface to our hosting providers.
Requirements:
Experience in Customer Relations Management
Sound understanding of programming. Basic familiarity with Cold Fusion, MS Sequel Server, SQL. PHP and Linux
Experience with e-commerce applications and shopping carts
Experience with Windows Server 2003 and IIS
Experience with trouble tickets and handling of mission critical fixes opposite demanding customers on one hand and a large scale development on the other.
